This will take some time (approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours) due to the in-depth interview and assessment process, but rest assured, the time you spend here will not go to waste – We have been doing this for close to 30 years, so you’re in good hands!

You need to know that APMC is a Management Consultancy – not an employment agency! This means that we take a personal interest in people instead of just making a placement. To do this, we need to thoroughly assess your skills, history and personality with selected career-specific assessments and an interview to determine how best to advance your career.
The following steps will be followed as part of the interview process:
You will be required to fill in an Application Form by hand. If your CV is detailed enough, you won’t need to repeat yourself on our Application Form, but you will still be required to complete the front page in detail and complete and sign the last page while, also completing the Criminal Check (MIE) form.
Next, we will take a photograph of you, conduct an ITC credit check, and lastly, your electronic fingerprints will be taken to allow us to conduct the necessary criminal checks and qualification verifications, as requested by our clients.
Please ensure that you have allocated enough time for this process to be successfully completed, in order to enable us to optimally match you with our available positions and assist you in growing your career.

Missing your booked appointments or running late without notifying us portrays a very unprofessional image, and will compromise your reputation in the industry and job market, and limit any future opportunities that may come up.
