We value your time and understand how important it is to you, but this will take some time (approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours) due to the in-depth interview and meeting. Rest assured, the time you spend here will not go to waste – We have been doing this for close to 30 years, so you’re in good hands! You need to know that APMC is a Management Consultancy – not an employment agency! This means that we take a personal interest in people instead of just making a placement. To do this, we need to ensure that a thorough interview takes place that will best present your skills, history, and personality. Your skills are a valuable commodity, and we want to be well equipped to represent you.

We have an excellent opportunity we would like to discuss with you, and although the doors are open for you, we need to ensure that we are presenting you in the best way possible.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

You will be required to fill in a brief Application Form by hand. If your CV is detailed enough, you won’t need to repeat yourself on our Application Form, but you will still be required to complete the front page in detail and complete and sign the last page, while also completing the Criminal Check (MIE) form.

Next, we will take a photograph of you, conduct an ITC credit check, and lastly, your electronic fingerprints will be taken to allow us to conduct the necessary criminal checks and qualification verifications, as requested by our clients.

Please ensure that you have allocated enough time for this process to be successfully completed, to enable us to optimally match you with the available position and assist you in growing your career.

We know it sounds old school and time consuming but, simply put, this is done for compliance purposes. APMC needs a written account to verify that the information supplied is true and correct. Many agencies don’t even meet their candidates in person, and a hand-written form proves that you came to see us for an interview. Another reason for this is that your handwriting can say a lot about the kind of person you are, and we’d like to know the real you!

We are going to design and create a professional profile with your photo on the front page to be presented to the client. This is no average photo, it is a professional photograph which we will use on your CV.  In our experience (of 30 years), this will help your application in many ways: 1. It helps our clients to remember you – visual communication is part of human nature, and putting a face to a name means that your CV will stand out more. 2. It also makes the process more personal – you’re a person, not a piece of paper! 3. adding a photo to your CV means the client will recognise you when you are afforded an interview, which simplifies the introduction.

We have strict policies and procedures forbidding staff to share confidential information unless permission has been granted by you. To ensure the protection of your personal information we have designed a fully secure & state of the art database to store your documentation in a secure area.

DIRECTIONS

From the M1 & N3, Take the Marlboro Drive off-ramp. At off-ramp robot, turn left (at the robots) into Marlboro Drive. (Turn right if coming from Pretoria). Carry on straight (long road) until you reach a T-junction. At the T-junction robots turn a right into Bowling Avenue. At the second road, turn left into Donkin Place (we are on the corner No 1) Enter using the wooden pedestrian gate. Announce your arrival on the intercom. Please make use of the paved parking on the corner or you will be asked to moved your vehicle.

TAXI: From the Noord Taxi Rank, ask for Gallo Manor Taxi, which should be between No. 2 and No. 3. Inform the Taxi driver to drop you off at the first “bus stop” after the BP garage. Luderitz St. will be directly in front of you. Proceed through the boom gate and walk down the road till you are at the end of the road (T-junction) turn left / follow the left bend into St. Francis Drive. At the second road, turn left into Donkin Place (we are on the corner No 1) Enter using the wooden pedestrian gate. Announce your arrival on the intercom.
