We’re accepting applications for the position of Operational Customer Support Consultant. The ideal candidate will come from the banking or fintech sector, and will have a background in analysing and resolving payment related queries in an operational area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Forming part of a multi-skilled resource team
- Assisting with finance operational tasks pertaining to payments
- Resolving queries related to settlements and processing of payments
- Performing reconciliations for m-commerce merchants
- Monitoring activities and preparing reports
- Assisting with the development of processes
- Working on a variety of projects
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a bank or fintech company, dealing with operational queries
