Recruitment Administrator

We’re lookiWe’re looking for skilled, dedicated and mature Recruitment Administrators. The purpose of the position is to perform administrative tasks in support of the recruitment process; conduct in-depth research in order to source candidates with the right skills, experience and qualifications; and to match them with provided job descriptions. This will include active and passive talent sourcing through networks, job portals, social media platforms and advertisements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks in support of the recruitment process
  • Recruiting candidates using search engines and online advertisements
  • Headhunting and searching for candidates on various search engines
  • Matching job descriptions with contacts in the candidate base
  • Screening CVs and setting up interviews
  • Managing the database and candidate records
  • Implementing a social media recruitment plan
  • Creating reports for stakeholders
  • Ensuring targets are met

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric essential, further qualifications will be an advantage
  • At least 5 to 8 years recruitment administration experience with similar functions
  • Strong analytical skills and above average communication skills
  • Own transport and must reside near Sandton
