Operational Support Consultant/Reconciliations Clerk (Financial Services)

We’re accepting applications for the position of Operational Customer Support Consultant. The ideal candidate will come from the banking or fintech sector, and will have a background in analysing and resolving payment related queries in an operational area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Forming part of a multi-skilled resource team
  • Assisting with finance operational tasks pertaining to payments
  • Resolving queries related to settlements and processing of payments
  • Performing reconciliations for m-commerce merchants
  • Monitoring activities and preparing reports
  • Assisting with the development of processes
  • Working on a variety of projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualification beneficial
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in a bank or fintech company, dealing with operational queries
