The purpose of the position is to perform administrative tasks in support of the recruitment process; conduct in-depth research in order to source candidates with the right skills, experience and qualifications; and to match them with provided job descriptions. This will include active and passive talent sourcing through networks, job portals, social media platforms and advertisements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative tasks in support of the recruitment process
- Recruiting candidates using search engines and online advertisements
- Headhunting and searching for candidates on various search engines
- Matching job descriptions with contacts in the candidate base
- Screening CVs and setting up interviews
- Managing the database and candidate records
- Implementing a social media recruitment plan
- Creating reports for stakeholders
- Ensuring targets are met
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric essential, further qualifications will be an advantage
- At least 5 to 8 years recruitment administration experience with similar functions
- Strong analytical skills and above average communication skills
- Own transport and must reside near Sandton
