Sales Transformation Consultant

We’re accepting applications for the senior level position of Sales Transformation Consultant. The Consultant’s will be consolidating sales reports and analysing gaps to targets, running sales cadence and ensuring follow-through on all action plans ensuring vetting and quality checking of the sales pipeline and conversion, assisting with assessing current sales infrastructure and improving processes where needed to achieve targets, planning, analysing and reporting on data while formulating a revenue strategy, developing proactive and reactive sales gap plans by planning ahead or creating strategies to respond to competitors, suggesting future-ready plans and suggesting new technologies, ways of working and sales management initiatives while driving sustainable growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consolidating sales reports and analysing gaps to targets
  • Running sales cadence and ensuring follow-through on all action plans
  • Ensuring vetting and quality checking of the sales pipeline and conversion
  • Assisting with assessing current sales infrastructure and improving processes where needed to achieve targets
  • Planning, analysing and reporting on data while formulating a revenue strategy
  • Developing proactive and reactive sales gap plans by planning ahead or creating strategies to respond to competitors
  • Suggesting future-ready plans
  • Suggesting new technologies, ways of working and sales management initiatives while driving sustainable growth
  • Identifying ways to improve overall customer experience
  • Assisting with the engagement strategy by developing a more focused and effective plan around client interactions, engagement, hosting and relationship building
  • Strategising around new business, retaining business and bespoke loyalty platforms
  • Managing projects
  • Assisting with Operating Model transformation
  • Developing and implementing a strategy for cross-vertical selling
  • Managing Regional Sales Heads and driving sales and revenue
  • Managing the public sector at a top level to increase new business opportunities
  • Reviewing the IoT vertical and product sets to enhance offerings and addressing processes that inhibit effective selling and execution
  • Analysing market trends to improve business
  • Monitoring competition and implementing quick solutions when threats to business arise

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant Degree and Honours
  • An MBA will be an advantage
  • At least 10 years experience in a strategic role with similar functions
